We've Moved!
As of October, 2017, we are now located in our new office at 6731 Professional Parkway West, in the Lakewood Ranch Professional Park, just south of University Parkway.

The quickest way to get to our new office is to take University to Town Center Drive and turn south. You will come to a three way stop and then make a right turn onto Professional Parkway. Our office is just down the parkway, on the right. Look for our signs. Patient Check-in is through the white doors at the center of the building. Convenient parking, including handicapped parking, is readily available.

Please Note: Our communication via email is limited only to new patient applications.

Our physicians do not communicate with patients and practice medicine via email and thus adhere to these principal rationales:

• Maintaining data privacy and security.
• The uncertain impact on care quality.
• Avoiding increased medical liability.
• Increased workload.
• Lack of reimbursement.
